I have been very satisfied with the service provided by Penn-Lite. If our furnaces give us trouble, they are “Jump to the Pump” people. They would be the type to check it over carefully, just in case they may have over-looked something that needed to be done. Their workers are willing to help me out by advising what to watch for in symptoms that could indicate future problems or they tell you how to do preventative maintenance. The plumbing and electrical guys are all hard workers who give me advice over the phone or come and do the work. We are adding a large addition to our old folk’s home and we don’t hesitate in getting Penn-Lite to do the mechanical contract as they also know how to service their products.

We got a number of quotes for replacing our furnace and not only did we look at price but also how the seller/quoter conducted themselves. I tried to assess whether they were interested only in selling us the most expensive products or if they were genuinely trying to get us the right product and also what kind of service we might expect. Jessica from Penn-Lite was great with coming out to quote, answering our many questions and keeping us in the loop with the timing and everything they were doing. The installers were also great as well as they even moved our hot water tank to a different spot giving me more room in the laundry room! So far so good. Our house is warm and cozy! I have already recommended their services to others. Great job!
